The mission of the Jr. Ducks is to provide the elite developmental program in the sport of roller hockey. To be recognized on a national and international level; to use that recognition as a responsibility to promote the sport with integrity; to provide opportunities for advancement in the sport through national and academic avenues; and to enforce the lessons of sportsmanship, respect, discipline, commitment, teamwork and accountability.
